Our policy on returns, refunds, and order issues.

Due to the nature of research compounds and the strict quality control standards required for their handling, all sales made by Orvanta Labs are final. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept returns for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, ordering errors by the customer, or incompatibility with the customer's intended research application.
We encourage all customers to carefully review their order before submitting payment.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following limited circumstances:
If you believe your order qualifies under the exceptions above, follow these steps:
Claims submitted after the 48-hour window or without sufficient photographic evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Once your claim is approved, we will at our discretion:
Orders may be cancelled by emailing support@orvantalabs.com before the order has shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact your local carrier to file a claim. Orvanta Labs is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier or for theft after delivery. We recommend a secure delivery address.
If your package arrives with visible external damage, document the condition of the outer packaging with photographs before opening it. If the products inside are also damaged, follow the replacement-request process above.
