Orders submitted through the Site are order requests until payment is received and confirmed. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold Orvanta Labs harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product purchased shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration in Charleston County, South Carolina, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
