Shipping Policy

How and when your order ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Bitcoin payments require network confirmation before order processing begins. Zelle payments typically post immediately during banking hours.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you submit your order request.

Carriers

We ship via tracked courier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and order size) from our U.S. fulfillment partner. Tracking information is provided by email when your order ships.

Packaging

All products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging suitable for research-grade compounds. Lyophilized peptides are shipped in insulated packaging when ambient temperatures require it. Cold-chain shipping is used for products that require it.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guarantees. Orvanta Labs is not responsible for carrier delays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also email support@orvantalabs.com with your order number for a status update at any time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy for the claim process. Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
